If you need to send us a message, feel free to email dgska(at)nomadit.co.uk.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that during the conference the org team will be quite busy and response time to the email might be longer than usual, we do our best to react as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Conference desk and office&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Tagungsb\u00fcro&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; border_width_all=&#8221;2px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference reception and registration<\/strong><br \/>Reception desk and registration will be located on the ground floor foyer in <a href=\"https:\/\/verwaltung.uni-koeln.de\/abteilung54\/content\/sachgebiet_1\/haus__u_objektbetreuung\/106___seminargebaeude\/index_ger.html\">Seminargeb\u00e4ude<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the reception desk you can <em>check in for the conference<\/em> and get your badge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference office<\/strong><br \/>Is located Seminargeb\u00e4ude S01. There you can settle any admin questions if needed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Office opening hours are:<\/span><br \/>29.09 Monday &#8211; 11:00-17:30<br \/>30.09 Tuesday &#8211; 08:30-18:30<br \/>1.10 Wednesday &#8211; 8:30 &#8211; 18:30<br \/>2.10 Thursday &#8211; 9:00-13:00<\/p>\n<p>Conference office also acts as a luggage room, please make sure to collect your luggage left there before the office closes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please notice that all conference registration payments need to be settled before the conference.<br \/><\/strong>Payments at the office can take time and we can accept only electronic bank payments (via internet banking), cash can not be accepted at the office.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Internet and Printing&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Internet and Printing&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; border_width_all=&#8221;2px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Internet<\/h3>\n<p>For delegates who are able to access Eduroam can use the network also in University of Cologne.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately there are no other networks available.<\/p>\n<h3>Printing<\/h3>\n<p>There is a printing shop around the corner from the University campus called <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/8nfK2Nr2E9woSai29\">M&amp;S Druckhaus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Food and drinks&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Verpflegung&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; border_width_all=&#8221;2px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Lunch is not included in the conference fee and has to be organised individually.<\/p>\n<p>You are welcome to <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/srAbUPbm1QTUjs8KA\">use the Google map<\/a> to find a best possible option for you, feel free also asking from our volunteers if they have recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>See here for some recommendations compiled by the local organiser.
