Registration for the GAA Conference, Munich (25 – 28 July 2023)
The online registration will be open until 16 July 2023. Below you find the registration portal. For your registration, please fill in all mandatory fields listed there and upload any necessary proof (e.g. enrolment certificate). A confirmation of payment will then be sent to you by email.
We strongly encourage speakers and workshop, roundtable and lab organisers to register by 31.5.2023 at the latest so that they can still be listed in the programme. We strongly advise early hotel booking.

PLEASE NOTE!!! On 1 June 2023 the ticket prices in all categories, except for the day tickets, will increase by 30 €.
The conference fees include coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks during the coffee breaks as well as alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks and participation in the buffet at the reception on Tuesday evening. Participants of the conference also receive free admission to the Museum Fünf Kontinente.

Please note the following rules:
1 For GAA members and members of other WCAA organisations Registration as a GAA member will only take final effect if all due and outstanding membership fees have been paid to the GAA by 01.07.2023. In case of doubt, please contact the GAA office (geschaeftsstelle@dgska.de).
2 Applies to positions of 75% or more, as well as to emeriti and retired university lecturers.
3 This category includes students and doctoral students with less than 50% employment. Please upload a student enrolement certificate during registration process.
4 The conference party will be hostet by the conference team at the LMU Munich. A buffet is included in the ticket price. Drinks are available on site. After 10p.m., when buffet closes, entry costs 35€ or 20€ (reduced rate).

Registration confirmations stating the invoice amount will be sent with the registration.
Cancellation
Cancellations are possible only until 27.6.2023and have to be sent by email to congresscenter@lmu.de. A handling fee of 20,00€ will be charged.
In case of cancellation after 27.6.2023 or non-attendance, the full participation fee will be due, no refund is possible.
