Book exhibit

The DGSKA2025 conference will take place over 4  days as a face to face event and is likely to attract ~500 delegates, with both German and international scholars. Publishers and other exhibitors can choose one or more of the following options*:

A) Participation with single display table
Full access for one staff member to panels, events and a single display table (~1.4m x 0.8m). Logo and name on the publishers page.
Registration fee: €300.

B) Participation with double display table
Full access to panels, events for two staff members and a double display table (~2.8m x 0.8m).
Logo and name on the publishers page.
 Registration fee: €500.

*Logos and publishers will be listed on the publishers’ page in alphabetical order, prioritising double display table clients over the alphabetical order.

 

Book exhibit space
 The publishers’ space will be at the Seminargebäude on the ground floor in Tagungsraum – this will be highly visible for the delegates who come to the building to check-in for the conference and also who enter into the seminar rooms in the same building.

There will be a catering station nearby the publishers as well, so this should attract more delegates to that area. Publishers are invited to bring with them roll-up displays and any relevant branding related accessories.

 

How to book
Please email the following information to geschaeftsstelle[at]dgska.de to book your presence:

  • option you would like to book
  • names and email addresses of the staff members wishing to attend (if booking the display tables). Double table display booking clients can list 2 staff members.
  • please let us know as soon as possible if you are planning any book launches. These typically take place during the lunch break and in the seminar rooms, one floor up from the publisher space, and would last around 30 minutes.

Terms of payment will be 30 days from receipt of the invoice, and payment methods will be card payment online or bank transfer.

We will contact you with instructions regarding how your attending staff members should register in our system.

 

Please note

We do NOT offer unstaffed displays.

There will NOT be a physical conference book so we will NOT be offering insertion of ads/catalogues in delegate packs. Website adverts will be visible to all (both in person and online) delegates, as they will all use the site to navigate the event.
